Priority shipping is is sent by either Fedex International Priority or DHL next day remote, average delivery time after dispatch is 2-3 working days globally. UK domestic is sent by Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked
A few countries such as the Russian Federation and Brazil we are unable to send by DHL or Fedex but our carriers can now offer tracked shipping in most cases.
We ship with Royal Mail International Airmail (Tracked where possible), this usually arrives by your countries postal service, for example USPS in the United States, in some cases within Europe such as Poland it will arrive by GLS courier. Cost of standard shipping is a one time flat rate of £15 international, or £8 UK domestic. Shipping times on average are next day for the UK, one week for Europe, and two weeks for other countries, with the exception of Spain and South Africa that can take up to four weeks due to tighter customs controls in certain locations.
Where the option is available we offer priority shipping by Fedex or DHL, at a flat rate of £30, Countries with priority shipping enabled include, New Zealand, Australia, India, Mexico, North America and Canada. Shipping time is 2-3 days on average.
Orders placed on weekdays before 1pm GMT/BST are usually dispatched the same day, orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the following day.
During peak times such as "Black Friday" and around the Christmas holidays in the UK the dispatch time can increase by two days, delivery times can also be affected within the courier network as staff face an increased workload.
We send all items tracked where possible, in certain countries we are unable to offer tracking but a signature will always be required on delivery.
Once you have purchased you will be emailed a link to Viewport where you will be able to track your item from the moment it is picked from the shelf in the warehouse to the moment it is dispatched, carrier tracking is added to your Viewport screen and the link can be followed for more details. Sometimes the Viewport email link can end up in your Spam/Junk folder so if you have not received the link after purchase please check in those folders. If you are still unable to locate tracking information you can use the contact form on this site and we will be able to assist you.
The tracking link in Viewport where standard shipping has been selected directs you to the Royal Mail website, this is the carrier we use when we dispatch from the UK, in most cases where it is available Royal Mail also has a link next to the tracking box for their delivery partner website in your country which offers more detailed tracking, this can take a few days to update with the information once your order has arrived in your country.
