🇪🇺 NOTICE FOR EU, EEA, & UK CONSUMERS: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, European Economic Area (EEA), or the United Kingdom, you possess a statutory right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving your physical goods.

⚠️ RETURN CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY:
To receive a full refund under your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned to our fulfilment centre completely brand new, unopened, and in its original, unaltered retail packaging. Because our products include specialized precision elements, any item returned unsealed, opened, or showing clear signs of handling may be subject to a significant reduction in refund value to account for depreciation and restocking.

Return Shipping Liability: As a customer exercising this right, you are fully liable for organising and paying all return shipping costs back to our UK logistics hub, as detailed under Section 6 of this policy. Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

1. Standard 60-Day Return Window

Our voluntary retail return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your date of purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a voluntary refund or exchange (statutory rights such as the 14-day EU/UK right of withdrawal remain unaffected).

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be completely unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and must be housed securely within its original packaging. To complete your verification, we require a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items & Partial Deductions

The following items are completely exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or unsealed software products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Books or printed manuals with obvious signs of use.
  • CDs, DVDs, or software where the cellophane wrap or blister packed retail packaging has been broken.
  • Any hardware item not in its original condition, damaged due to misuse, or missing components for reasons not due to our structural error.

3. Processing & Inspection

Once your return parcel is successfully delivered and evaluated at our logistics centre, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will simultaneously notify you regarding the approval or formal rejection of your refund based on item condition.

If approved, your refund will be compiled and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment gateway within a standard window of business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have checked your accounts and have not yet received your funds, please carry out the following checks:

  • Review your banking statements thoroughly as interbank clearing cycles vary.
  • Contact your credit card issuer directly; it can routinely take several days before a balance credit is formally posted.
  • Contact your financial institution regarding pending merchant processing timelines.

5. Damaged Goods & Exchanges

We replace equipment components if they arrive seriously defective or damaged in transit. 6. Return Shipping Instructions

The most efficient and accurate method is to book your return via your personalised Customer Viewport link. When wrapping your items, ensure your full name, contact details, and order number are written or printed off and placed inside the parcel before shipping to our UK logistics partner:

Except where prohibited by consumer law (such as justified warranty claims), you will be held accountable for maintaining your own trackable shipping fees to return an item. Shipping outlays are fundamentally non-refundable. If you accept a refund value, the physical return courier costs incurred may be deducted from your net balance asset.

If you are returning high-value items valued over £100, we heavily instruct you to consider a fully traceable shipping tier or sourcing third-party transit insurance coverage. We cannot guarantee that your package will be successfully processed if it is lost in transit to our logistics facility.

7. Package Dispatches in Error

If you have placed an incorrect order and the package has already departed our fulfilment centre, the cleanest resolution path is to directly refuse delivery when the international or domestic courier attempts handover. Once the network handles the reverse log and routing back to our UK warehouse terminal, we will settle the refund balance minus any applicable cross-border return deductions as outlined above.
